First Responder Scope Update

Course Details

In September 2022 BC Ministerial Order 292 expanded the scope of practice for every level of EMA in the province of BC.  As a result, license holders at all levels immediately had restrictions placed on their licenses, preventing them from using the expanded scope until first receiving training.

This course provides EMALB recognized training that, when completed, removes all restrictions from the practitioners license.

Participants must hold a current EMALB First Responder license in order to attend this training.

This course has been approved for 20 CME credits by EMALB.
